Director & Founder
Greg Elhen – Managing Director, Oscar Design and Construction
Greg Elhen has been a dedicated professional in the construction and design industry since 1993. Early in his career, he contributed to several high-profile landmark projects, gaining invaluable experience working with top-tier firms such as Mirvac and HPA Architects. Notably, he played a key role in the $600 million Walsh Bay redevelopment—a prestigious waterfront project comprising luxury townhouses and apartments with private marinas.
Greg also worked with Project Control Group on the design and construction of the $32 million Pfizer pharmaceutical head office in North Ryde, further solidifying his expertise in complex commercial developments.
After more than a decade of working on major developments and refining his skills in project management, design, and construction, Greg founded Oscar Design and Construction in September 2006. Based in Norwest Business Park, Oscar was established with a vision to combine the technical excellence and high standards of Tier 1 construction companies with a more personalised, client-focused approach. Under Greg’s leadership, Oscar has built a reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality residential and commercial projects across the region.”
